Stack your ribbon in rainbow order
ROY G BIV
Push the ribbon through the hole in your bottle cap
Glue the ribbon to secure it into the bottle cap
Fluff up your cotton ball so it's big enough to cover the bottle cap
Glue the cotton ball onto the bottle cap
Glue a magnet onto the back of the bottle cap
Place magnet on the fridge and enjoy!
